4 Apples
800 g Exotic fruit
30 g Butter
40 g Caster sugar
Crumble:
240 g Plain flour
230 g Butter
160 g Brown sugar
200 g Desicated coconut

Put 1/2 the butter in the mould, then place it in the Cake Factory. Start the programme for the time indicated.

By turning the mould, spread melted butter all over the bottom, then sprinkle with sugar. Repeat this step for when you are making a second batch.

Peel the apples, quarter them, remove the seeds, then cut into chunks, spreading 1/2 them on the base of the tin. Peel and chop the exotic fruit into large chunks and spread 1/2 them over the apples.

Using your fingertips, rub the crumble ingredients together in a mixing bowl until they resemble coarse breadcrumbs. Spread 1/2 this mix on top of the fruit, breaking up big lumps as you go. Put the mould in the Cake Factory.

Run the programme for the specified time. Remove from the mould and enjoy while still warm. Repeat the previous steps to make a second batch.
