300 g Dark chocolate
180 g Salted butter
375 g Caster sugar
3 Eggs
195 g Self-raising flour

Add the chocolate and salted butter into the mixer bowl with the kneading/crushing blade attachment. Lock the lid with the cork and press 'Start'.

Set the chocolate and melted butter aside in a container. Wash and dry the mixer bowl.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Add the sugar and eggs to the mixer bowl with the whisk attached. Lock the lid with the cork and press 'Start'.

Add the chocolate and melted butter through the opening in the cap. Press 'Start'.

Add the self-raising flour. Lock the lid with the cork and press 'Start'.

Place balls of the mixture onto the baking tray with an ice cream scoop.
