100 g Rolled oats
30 g Spinach leaves
1 Banana
10 cl Almond milk
1 Egg
1 tsp Baking powder
2 pinch Salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract

Place the rolled oats into the mixer bowl. Close the lid and blend for 30 seconds on maximum speed.

Using the spatula scrape the mixture into a bowl.

Add all the ingredients. Close the lid and blend on medium speed for 1 minute.

Heat a lightly oiled pan. Spoon the batter into the pan to form the pancakes. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.
